We had a number of reputable companies decline the work due to the complex engineering required. Roman met with me and provided a comprehensive proposal within a few days. Rock Cliff’s site supervisor, Elton, was an invaluable asset; insuring work was done properly and on schedule. His knowledge of the industry was instrumental in ensuring the success of the project. Kelly ensured that each line item received at least 2-3 quotes and that each trade was ready to start on the correct date, to make the schedule run smoothly.
